Father Uriel Ojeda pleaded no contest to molesting a 13-year-old girl after sneaking into her bedroom as she and her family were asleep. Not all Catholic priests who abuse minors escape justice. A California superior court judge sentenced Father Uriel Ojeda, 33, to eight years in state prison on Friday for molesting a teenage girl multiple times. "My actions were those of a weak and sinful man," Ojeda said in court. Ojeda pleaded no contest to sneaking into the young girl’s bedroom at her parents’ Sacramento home on the night he was ordained and climbing into bed with her as...

For the past year, a pastor at a Boca Raton church has been serving up the good word from the pulpit while higher-ups in the faith look into allegations that he was sexually involved with a teenager in the 1980s. Kirk A. McCormick has been a pastor for the past 18 years at Grace Community Church, a Presbyterian congregation on West Camino Real. But in early June, the pastor abruptly "renounced the jurisdiction" of the congregation's parent body, the Presbyterian Church (USA). McCormick's decision came just as testimony was to begin in an inner-church trial over the accusations. By bailing...

Marks, who said she no longer works as a dancer, was testifying Monday, July 29, during a family court...

New IRS scandal: Private jet-hopping executives spend $8.5 MILLION in travel expenses in just two years Top IRS executives spent $9.5 million on travel between 2011 and 2012, including 15 bosses who averaged more than $154,500 each, an official report revealed today. Some of them were on the road more days than they worked because they live half a country away from their Washington, D.C. offices and frequently travel on their days off. One IRS higher-up racked up more than $283,000 in taxpayer-funded travel expenses during those same two years. Another spent $161,000 in 2011 alone. The $9.5 million total...

Yes, there's a war on women in America. But it's not the phony "war" that tampon-hurling feminists are always shrieking about -- as they did last week in Texas to protest tougher regulations on dangerous late-term abortion clinics. No, I'm talking about a real war on women waged by Saudi royals and elites who've imported human trafficking and abuse of domestic workers onto U.S. soil. Meet Meshael Alayban of Saudi Arabia, wife of Abdulrahman bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz al-Saud. She apparently thought we Americans would look the other way at human trafficking and abuse of domestic workers -- you know,...

On Monday afternoon, the US Department of Justice appealed to civil rights groups and the general public across the country for “tips” on George Zimmerman in their pursuit of potential federal civil rights charges against the just-acquitted defendant in the Trayvon Martin killing. The DOJ actually went so far as to set up an e-mail address to allow such tips: Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov. The email address is slated to go operational by the end of the week.

But if we Hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. Rom 8:25 The George Zimmerman case has nothing to do with race and everything to do with promoting the communist agenda. This is the same tactic the Three Pillars of Propaganda (media, academia & the DNC) uses to solidify their base and move their agenda forward. This is their coming together behind a feigned outrage like Global Warming so people who believe in communism will rally around their latest victim and happily give up their freedoms to a more powerful and tyrannical gummit god....

Armed LibertyAmmoLand Gun News New York --(Ammoland.com)- Because of political events of the last several months, we expect a huge upsurge of activism, and we expect that fear of government abuse will create a change in the attitude and actions of Americans. Patriotic Americans will no longer be easily led down the path that traitors in and out of government have set for us. We, the authors of this article, are equally distressed at the theft of our national heritage as are other patriotic Americans. In our fury, we are almost ready to explode. But we need to wait as...

As a follow up to my May 20th article, I have a new theory. The audacity and arrogance of our current government has reached heights that no one could have predicted. When the news came down last week that the IRS, while still under Congressional scrutiny was going to receive $70 million dollars in employee bonuses, I thought that I was listening to a late-show comedian telling a good joke. It was no joke however. The truth is that yes, as ridiculous as it sounds, the IRS is scheduled to receive $70 million MORE of tax money to pay them...

The Catholic Church must be held to account by a UN human rights watchdog for doing too little to halt and expose paedophile priests, victims of abuse by the clergy said Tuesday. David Clohessy, director of the US-based Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP), said he had few hopes of a massive shake up by Pope Francis, who since being elected in March has made several pronouncements urging action. "We're dealing with a well-established, longstanding, extraordinarily powerful global monarchy, that really has few or any checks and balances on its power," he told reporters.

If I say "Catholic Church", does the idea of sexual child abuse instinctively form in your mind more often, or more intensely, than if I say "BBC"? If so, why do you think that is? Do you instinctively associate the Catholic Church with sexual child abuse? And do you immediately associate the BBC with sexual child abuse? If you answer yes to the first question and no to the second, why do you think that is? Because these kinds of associations are created, or not created, as the case may be, in the minds of people by the mainstream...
