All Right Boys and Girls: All Souls Need Kansas City Jazz.
I have deceided that the cause of political activism and analysis is to taxing on dry, overworked souls. The Remedy? Jazz night out for Kansas City Freepers and Freinds. The occasion? All Souls Night and the return of Askel5 to her old stomping grounds around Kansas City Jazz Clubs. (I sure hope there aren't any active warrants still out, but oh, well...)
When: Thursday Night, November 1st, yes this week...
All Souls Night (How fitting)
5:00 untill 7:30 (or later)
Where: Phoenix Piano Bar
302 West 8th Street
Kansas City, Missouri
(About 2 blocks west of Broadway on Eighth St, Downtown)
With: Special Big Easy Visitor, Askel5 (who will tell us that KC Jazz still rules)
Music by Tim Whittmer and the Kansas City Express (or so the paper says)
If you aren't there you are going to be sorry. The stories will be told on YOU.
TOPICS: Activism/Chapters; Announcements

The first thing I notice is that my compass is faulty. It is approximately two blocks EAST of Broadway. Sweetie and I will pick you up at 4:40.

Thanks for the invite!
By-the-way. I am shopping at Circut City for some stuff, and they told me to use their computer to look up what I wanted to find. I didn't mean to log on to FreeRepublic here at Circut City. Force of Habbit.
Columbia, Missouri at the Circut City....now off to Sears! (did the Rams win?)

Please greet Tim Whitmer for me. I knew him as a youngster always pounding away on the piano. He might remember me as "Gus".
