Prayers for all and may everyone have a wonderful and blessed day

Heavenly Father, direct and guide us in every action we take today. Control our thoughts so that we will not be swayed to despair and fear as satan wishes. Help us, Oh Lord, for we are very weak and can be easily mislead by the cares of this world. The victory is already Yours, but our daily struggles continue. Everyone I talk to is having trouble somewhere in their lives. These things must happen, but Father, please grant us courage to face the day's trials. Increase our faith, so that we cannot stumble. We all will have decisions to make today, Dearest Father...prevent us from making the wrong decisions. Cause us to consult You on every matter...regardless of how large or small the issue appears to be. Father, I beg You to speak clearly to those of us seeking Your guidance and counsel. Some people, like me, nearly need You to hit us over the head with a 2x4 to get us to listen or just hear You. If that's what we need, Lord, then please be that 2x4. Thank You Father for all Your wonderful provisions. Thank You for allowing us to speak directly to You. And thank You for answering every prayer! In Jesus' name...Amen!

Sometimes it takes something bigger than a 2x4 - but we got the message. Wonderful prayer.

My husband has had some kind of weird flu bug since Sunday night, and tonight has been unable to sleep. Please offer a prayer for his healing and for both of us to get some sleep. Thanks.
