CNN's Wolf Blitzer just released a new CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll with some very good news for President Bush. President Bush now has an approval rating of 90%; 5% against, the highest approval rating EVER in the history of the presidential poll. This is higher than FRD, JFK, and others. The second highest approval rating was that of Bush's father who had an 89% approval rating after winning the Gulf War and Bush hasn't even started HIS war!. Other polls have him above 85 percent, these even include polls that have always under represented Republicans (WashPost/ NBC: 91%, NewsWeek: 86%)
Gallup: When asked if Americans support military action againts Afghanistan, 82 % say they support it, 12% say they do not. When asked if they support military action against Iraq, 73% support it, with 20% against it.

Can we get any numbers on Hillary?? I can't believe after her performance the other night during the speech that the voters of New York could be very pleased! She was a disgrace!!!

Well it's about time the rest of America realized what many FReepers have known for over a year.
God bless President George W. Bush!

"GOD, I wish I could see Hillary's face when she reads this."
Bill has been crying ever since President Bush's poll numbers have been skyrocketing, day by day. Boy Klintoon must be close to jumping out a window! LOL!!

I wonder what Bill's numbers were after he bombed the aspirin factory. He is such a wuss!!

Well, if they get it up real high beforehand, later on they can always say it keeps falling, and falling, and falling. No matter what happens, they'll be able to claim the American people don't like it because the ratings have dropped. And they're bound to, since this is going to be a long ordeal if the bin Laden fan club decides to fight back with additional sabou-terror strikes rather than do a Muammar Khadafi and stay under cover.

Hillary and other Democrats are biding their time, although they could still tempt fate right now if they wanted to, regardless what the polls say. But Bush is stuck with them and has no choice but to work with them.

It's good Americans are unified for a cause only an idiot would oppose.
But some of you are starting to sound like you're happy 6000 Americans died if it meant a higher than Bubba approval rating for Bush or a certain look on Hillary's face.
I hope i'm wrong.

Ew! What a pig for punishment you are! After last Thursday's Address to Congress by President Bush, I don't think I EVER wanna see hitler's face again! She wasn't thinking about her mug being on TV that night I think? Sheesh! (My angst is directed at her, not you). ;-)

This is great news, let's hope it stays that way. Speaking of which, however, I've been looking all over for reports about the peacenik 'rallies' that were supposed to have been held today. Anybody got any links? (Northern CA sent out a typical liberal-lie press release saying "up to 3,000" expected. I'm figuring 30 wackos showed up on some street corner.)
What about the planned idiotfest on the DC mall? Ollie North said he'd like to escort them over to the Pentagon so they could do something useful and help with the body recoveries.

The PIAPS is so pi**ed that it isn't her or x42. Everyone saw it Thursday night during President Bush's speech. What's even more special, they are being snubbed by the White House. They are being invited to the courtesy meetings. Our leaders know any knowledge they receive could be more damaging to our country, so it's the "Reader's Digest" version for them, and they know it (IMHO). hehehehehe

The second highest approval rating was that of Bush's father who had an 89% approval rating after winning the Gulf War and Bush hasn't even started HIS war!.This is the part that scares me. A mere year and a half later, GHWB lost to ex-president Pantload.
A tiger cannot change his stripes, and neither will the Democrats. Come 2004, this "united front" of liberals will be back to their usual selves.
