I don't know if this has been posted before, but Newsweek Howard Fineman had a great article for this week, about when Schumer, Hillary and others were in the WH discussing the monies for NY. Bush said: I am not gonna fire a 2 million missile at a l0 dollar empty tent and hit a camel in the butt. Great quote. I cannot post articles, but it would be nice if someone did. It was actually a good piece by the creep Fineman.

The heliocopter has just landed on the WH lawn. Spot, then President Bush and Laura are emerging.
To: piasa
Looks like it will be coming up shortly. NBC just broke in and is showing GW and Laura getting off the helicopter.

"I am not gonna fire a 2 million missile at a l0 dollar empty tent and hit a camel in the butt." Hillary was in the room when he said it. It would have been fun to have a picture of her face when Bush said it.

Words of reassurance. Have faith in coworkers, the military, the administration. Thanks to America for prayers and messages. Get back to work tomorrow, work hard, but be alert. Our economy will come back. Now taking questions.

President says go back to work tomorrow. We were shocked but we will not be terrified.

It's great to see him take questions without hesitation. Wonderful for him to be seen like this, no doubt he is in charge.

Presiden Bush: I have made our intentions clear to all of the foriegn leaders that I have talked to. And gave them ample time to express their disagreement.

Would have been better if he would have prefaced it with, "Unlike your husband,...."
