Actually, it is unethical as well as illegal to render medical advice without a license. And it is heretical to pretend that the Papacy confers authority to pronounce on matters of science.
I’m confused on the moral issue. I agree with what Strickland says about not being involved in any way in abortion. But is taking the vaccine somehow promoting abortion? It’s only a stem-cell line used in testing, not part of the vaccine. Moral quandary?

Then again, they’ve been sort of conditioned for hundreds of years to submit to the Pope as the “Vicar of Christ” and the successor to the Apostle Peter. So I can understand (somewhat) why Catholics complain about him but no one puts a stop to it.
