Incrementalism.....gradualism. Acceptance of homosexual unions is the goal but it must be done in a series of small steps. Kasper and Marx are sodomites.

Repent the sin of homosexuality you’ve committed. Repent and come unto the Lord.

They’re analogous to a business partnership for the ownership of a sausage factory, nothing more than that.

Reading the news of the Catholic church is like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

For all the criticism non-Catholics get over doctrine and theology, is there ANY good news coming out of the Vatican and Catholicism any more?

The Catholic church is in actuality in worse shape than the Prot denominations Catholics regularly rail against.

By far.

Actions speak louder than words and making claims to the church’s *official position* is meaningless hot air without action backing up their claims.

Catholics can brag up their church’s *official* position on any number of issues and yet in practice, the church is what my daughter refers to as a *dumpster fire*.

It’s an absolute, unmitigated disaster.

Catholics keep claiming that Jesus and God will judge people on their works and then ignore the works of their church and appeal to the words of the church. Then they expect us to ignore the works and focus on the words.

these are not Catholic teachings...they may repeat their lies as often as they want...

they have destroyed the Catholic Church and that was their intent...

they got in bed with the politicos and the politcos want one nice easy state sanctioned church for all the sheeple...

Isn’t there some way to revoke his church position, since he is expressing beliefs that are opposite to Bible teachings?

When that's brought up in the discussions about pedo priests, we non-Catholics keep being told that *Once a priest, always a priest.*

If they won't pull the credentials of those guys and defrock them, then why would you expect them to do it over anything else?

If molesting boys isn't enough to do it, then NOTHING is.

Now come on metmom, there must be lots of great news!

Gays at the Vatican are celebrating with wild, drug-fueled sex parties.

It wouldn't be the first time a pope has done this...sadly, probably won't be the last.

That we continue to hear these accounts is very telling. This is more than a “minor” issue within the RCC. The rot is deep. They may be due for another Reformation.

I feel for the Roman Catholics. They have been taught that their church holds a position of authority equal to that
of Scripture, and now see the leadership descending into worse and worse heresy. It must be very disconcerting that an institution you have trusted is visibly failing you. Fortunately if you call upon Christ, He will never fail you.
Everything else will disappoint but He never will.

The arrogance of these heretics to presume God made a mistake in destroying Sodom & Gomorrah is breathtaking; that is why TV shows are increasingly pretending it was a meteor strike or some other non-religious event. Those pushing female priests have the same issue; Jesus chose twelve men, and He couldn’t be guilty of sexism. He knew then that 2,000 years later people would push this nonsense, and HE STILL CHOSE TWELVE MEN. The godless media simply pushes more BS by pretending Mary Magdalene was an apostle as well.

Where does Christ speak of these issues? He speaks of love, and nothing else.
