It is perfectly obvious to me that Francis believes that the power to issue decrees of nullity extends to the power to release someone from marital vows which have become a nullity.
It’s not at all clear to me why he doesn’t say so.
I’m sorry. But I still am not sure of what “Bishop” you are referring to in your post #9. Which bishop are you referring to?
I hate to say it, but Francis thinks the Holy Ghost is speaking directly through him.
I believe a spirit is talking to him, but not a holy one.

Cardinal Burke: Well, it doesn't look too much differently than the dubia. In other words, the truths that seem to be called into question by AL would simply be placed alongside what the Church has always taught and practiced and annunciated in the official teaching of the Church. And in this way these errors would be corrected. Does that make sense to you?
In other words, when it comes to condemning Francis as a heretic, squat is going to happen.
