It’s fine to grieve for a lost soul, but it’s too late to pray for him. He’s already arrived and I bet it’s unseasonably warm.

*... “sad news” and that he was grieving and praying for his repose.*

Praying for his departed soul is commendable - grieving is not!

Must be a heck of a room that Satan prepared for him since he kept Castro alive for so long.

I don’t think Fidel is an atheist any more. I’m pretty sure he knows for a fact that God exists.

“It was revealed that the detente between Cuba and the United States had been initiated by Pope Francis, who in the fall of 2014 wrote separate letters to each leader in which he encouraged the presidents to “”resolve humanitarian questions of common interest.” The Pope then hosted a delegation from each country in a secret meeting at the Vatican in October, paving the way for a restoration of relations.”

Most athiests are not really atheists - they believe in god - they just believe it is them.

There are so many examples of this Pope demonstrating his lack of knowledge and understanding of both history and science. He seems to be a simple product of the media, much like most of the uninformed masses. Who chose this guy to be Pope??

Well, this is encouraging to all those wannabe Popes.
It just proves that any idiot can be Pope....no qualifications required.

Even Obama could be Pope....and do just as well.

Sheesh....if I was a Catholic, I would hide that fact least someone associate me with that “Pope”....
