Theoretically, I agree with you, but if they do it they will have to do it very quietly at night because of “separation of church and state.” If they don’t, wait until folks working there start seeing and experiencing strange things, or people start getting hurt in accidents.
I am kind of amazed there hasn’t been an uproar by municipal workers working there. Here, for example, no one will work on any sort of construction project until the site has been blessed by a Christian minister or priest. Even on public projects. It’s a given.
