I think it would depend on the priest. If he understands it is a cultural thing and you aren’t trying to just be flippant, I think most would be fine with it. I would stay away from any pagan diety names though. e.g. “Thor”, “Loki”.

Baby names have been quite the topic of discussion in our family. My granddaughters BOTH have (this place is still anonymous?!?) “special snowflake” names. Sigh. But now they “fit.”
I’m a Mary Ann...and in my (Catholic) grade school class we were ALL Mary “Something” or Maria, except for one Caroline. Her older sister was Jacqueline.
I’m a Kathleen - but my youngest sister is Regina Marie!
Beautiful names - good choices! My boss’s granddaughter is Charlotte Rose. Very pretty name!
