I’m surprised anyone cares one way or the other what ROCOR thinks about anything. Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God Orthodoxy has no future at all. Despite their status as a “semi autonomous” Church, their hierarchs aren’t taken seriously anywhere, nor are they welcome among the hierarchs of the Churches with whom they are in one form or another of communion.
They ought to go back to making converts kneel on beans at all night vigils and stop pretending that they are Orthodox.
With all of the various clergy and local churches you are summarily dismissing as non-Orthodox, the Church is getting rather small.
