Yes they are. I wonder what other “services” they help people with. I equate this with counties that have prisons. They get money for each prisoner. hence many who are innocent are sent there because of an agreement with court appointed useless lawyers and prosecuting attorneys. Especially in cases where those charged with a crime are below average intelligence.

U.S.A. needs to abolish the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 and return to the National Origins Formula which restricted immigration on the basis of existing proportions of the U.S. population.
63% of Catholic charities funding is govet funding.
