Prayers for Mr. Bigg Red....please consider adding fish oil to recoveryI agree, and also with the earlier post about calcium and vitamin D. And the yoga would be AFTER the prescribed medical rehab, for ongoing complete pain abatement and recovery of flexibility and range of motion.

Make sure that he takes enough Calcium and Vitamin D to help with the healing process. God Bless both of you...and the Phosphoric acid in popular soft drinks dissolves bones, read the label.

Torn Rotator Cuff completely sucks but, most people have good luck with surgery....
