BS! If you knew anything near what you think you know. The Church reads all the Scriptures. It is a three year cycle and it occurs through the daily readings. Facts are stubborn things.

I wonder do they have a score card? Do they get extra pieces of bread if they hurl so many invectives a week at Catholics? Thank You Jesus for having kept me in your Holy Church. St. Michael the Arch Angel! Pray for US!

Playing the victim, eh?

even the homescrewling mafia admits you need an authority to teach. They disagree on where it should be but they recognize that you must have a teaching authority. You're wrong.

BTW a degree might help you attribute your quote to Abraham Lincoln, the actual author. How funny. An anti-homeschooler appeals to a HOMESCHOOLED person for an appeal to authority.

There’s an anti-homeschooling posse here on FR. loaded with some real anti-homeschool bigots.

It means that the supreme autocratic interpretative (by decree) authority may interpret herself in a way that quite apparently is in conflict with herself, and that the interpreter can be fallibly interpreted differently by the laity - even as to what is infallible or not - while they censure Prots for their own lack of an infallible interpreter for their supreme infallible authority.= hypocrisy.

We homeschooled two who are now adults; the bias shown and the rhetoric against homeschoolers and homeschooling is familiar and repetitive.

Then why the request to have Michael, the protector of Israel, pray for you?
Seems you would ask Gabriel first and foremost. You know, Mary and all.

Hey, Catholic to Catholic, when You ask St. Michael the Arch Angel to pray for us, it’s not situational normally, right? :)

Its Advent. It is a series. Its not about protesting its about waiting. It is not required reading. :) No, it's another Catholic piece about equating Tradition with Scripture. And a backhanded stab at Protestants for being so dumb as to not "understand" it. And as far as not required reading, it's also not required posting. We've heard these arguments before and all it does is stir up and not inspire. Gods Word is above mans word and always will be.

When have I ever been anti-Homeschooling? Seriously show a post when I have been against homeschooling.
I am against those people that think that homeschooling is the ONLY solution. I am so in favor of homeschooling that I have offered on a number of occasions to send homeschoolers students to demonstrate just how good their theories are. Yet not one of these "courageous" individuals has been willing to take me up on that generous offer.
You have to wonder just how certain they are of there beliefs.
BTW you never did mention what your degree was in. Nice way to deflect.

I did not take it that way at all. Sounds like a former Protestant, Jimmy Akin, expressing his discoveries as a Catholic. Most of what he wrote was kind of “duh” to me. But you never know what might be reavealed to your own soul when you read a testimony of someone else’s.

The subject of the post was homeschooling, of which you have an opinion, but it is an uninformed one. Your post revealed that in a backwards sort of way.

Only in the dreams of the ignorant.
If you're going to continue the personal attacks on FR today, please don't be obtuse about it; come out and say who you mean and pointedly.
