A while back he made a huge deal over refuting modalism and publically claims to be a Trinitarian. If you go his church's
web site you can read what he really believes:
There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Not exactly a proper Trinitarian understanding.

See my link at post 23. Louisiana is listed as “ID requested,” and I’m not sure what the difference is between ID required and ID requested. Maybe it isn’t exactly mandatory to show it?
