While America is Busy with Climate Change, Christ is Getting Ready to Land On Earth And Rescue A Specific Church. But Which Church? The Answer should Shock You

By Shoebat Foundation on September 22, 2014

By Walid Shoebat (Shoebat Exclusive)
While America is busy with Climate Change, Christ is getting ready to land on planet earth to rescue a specific Church, but which Church?

But before we discuss this crucial topic, this is America taking action on Climate Change in which nearly half a million of us marched in New York City:

While, you might think, “the world is going nuts,” and “why should this matter since I would not be caught dead in a Climate Change demonstration with Al Gore”.

Alright, then.

When I started searching for churches here to see if they were marching to call upon America to stand up for Christians suffering, the task wasn’t easy. From all these millions upon millions of you who attend thousands of churches, to find any of your demonstrations in New York’s Manhattan or the White House fighting for the persecuted church simply didn’t exist. I finally found this:

But it was from 6 years ago and it was a bunch of Indian Christians fighting for their Christian brethren suffering persecution in India under the peace-loving religion of Hinduism.

And I wonder, what are all these Christians doing in their churches? If they are praising Jesus, He identified Himself, especially His body, in the persecuted: “For I was hungry and you gave me food …” and you all are familiar with our broken record repeating chapter 25 of the Book of Matthew.

Is it no wonder than why we do not find verses in which Jesus is landing in New York or Washington?

The only place in Scripture I find Jesus landing to rescue folks is in Zechariah 14 and Isaiah 19.

We all know that Zechariah 14 is about rescuing the Jews and converting them to Him, but Isaiah 19 should shock some folks and get us to ask, who and why is Christ coming for in Egypt:

“And it will be for a sign and for a witness to the LORD of Hosts in the land of Egypt; for they will cry to the LORD because of the oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and a Mighty One, and He will deliver them.” (Isaiah 19:20)

Here we have the “Mighty One” is the Messiah who fights on the day of the Lord to fight the oppressors. Here, see for yourself your brothers and sisters in Egypt suffering from the oppressors and calling for Jesus to come down and save them:

And where do we see such faith like this? Where do we see multitudes of Christians taking to the streets when there are 90% Muslims and in the face of such a massive threat the Copt stands for Christ, yet here, we fear a handful of bickering Muslims.

Christ was called “Mighty One”, Isaiah 19:20 leaves no question as to who Christ comes to rescue: “He will send them a Savior and a Mighty One, and He will deliver them.”

The Egyptian Coptics are increasingly being oppressed by the Muslim majority. But if God sees their cause as being so important to personally send His Son, the Savior and Mighty God to rescue them, then we need to ask: what are the Coptic Christians of Egypt doing right and what are they doing differently from the American Church?

He comes to rescue the Christians, the remnant in Egypt, the 10% Christians. There is no doubt that the “Savior” and “Mighty One” is Christ. In the Psalms, Messiah is portrayed as a soldier and a fighter with the same reference, “Mighty One”:

“Gird Your sword upon Your thigh, O Mighty One, With Your glory and Your majesty” (Psalm 45:3).

In Zephaniah 3 this “Mighty One” is physically present in Israel’s midst:

“The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save” (Zephaniah 3:17)

He comes for Israel to convert the Jewish people to Him. And if in doubt that Christ lands in Egypt, explain this:

“See, Jehovah rides on a swift cloud and is coming to Egypt. The idols of Egypt tremble before him, and the hearts of the Egyptians melt within them” (Isaiah 19:1).

Who comes on the clouds? We also meet Him in the clouds. We even sing “Behold He comes riding on the clouds”, yet we eliminate Egypt from the song. Indeed, we are lacking. We eliminate essential clues from our songs we sing. Why?

This is Messiah personally coming to defeat Egypt. Obviously Egypt is a 90% Muslim nation with 10% Christians who will be caught up in the clouds and then landing to fight tyranny and Antichrist.

But here is the dilemma, the Egyptian Christians are Copts who believe that the bread and wine in the Eucharist are miraculously, and mysteriously, changed in to the Body and Blood of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. They also believe in the intercessions of the Virgin Mary or of the angels or of the saints.

Yet Christ is personally coming to rescue them and snatch them up in the clouds from the persecution by the Antichrist, the tyrant.

Ever think about it?

If Christ loves these, who are we to judge what He considers His brethren? Is it perhaps that even their theology is more sound than ours?

They even have a Pope; Pope Shenouda III (بابا الإسكندرية شنودة الثالث‎) Before his death on 17 March 2012, he wrote a thesis on responding to the western Protestant style Christianity and its in English.

He called for unity:

“We are in an age in which Ecumenical work and attempts towards the recovery of the Christian Unity have flourished. The meetings between the Churches, in councils, conferences and symposiums have increased, and the fields of co-operation and co-working have multiplied. However, unity is in a much higher level than cooperation. The Christian Unity should be built on the foundation of the “One Faith”. Thus began the theological discussions between the Churches. This book in your hands is a step in this theological discussion between our brethren the Protestants and us.”

Go ahead, read his work, its an eye opener.

My friends are concerned, why am I focused on the ancient East and Church Fathers in my theology lately? Some think I have gone mad because I do not sound like your typical tele evangelist prophecy teacher.

And why shouldn’t I focus on the east? The Coptic Christians are extremely devout to Christ. The coptic church is probably the most devoute and active church in the world. Their youth were raised in the church and are very close to their church community and are just as pious as their parents.

The Coptic Orthodox Church of Egypt was founded in the first century by St. Mark, one of the disciples of Jesus. St. Mark is regarded as the first patriarch of the Coptic Orthodox Church. He planted the Church in Alexandria, where he wrote his gospel—the Gospel of Mark, in the Greek language. After winning many converts to Christianity in several journeys, he was brutally martyred by pagans in the streets of Alexandria in 68 AD.

The Christian Church of Egypt (the Coptic Orthodox Church) produced world-wide distinguished Christian leaders and theologians who defended the Orthodox faith tirelessly.

I had asked a fellow Christian on my blog to tell me about St. Athanasius the Apostolic, the twentieth patriarch of Egypt (328-373) who fought the Arian heresy. She knew nothing and the name wasn’t interesting enough for her.

He is known for his staunch defense of the orthodox faith, St. Athanasius suffered exile from his See five times.

There was also St. Cyril the Great, the twenty-forth patriarch of the Coptic Church (412-444), refuted the Nestorian heresy. His theology is regarded by Christendom as the key to orthodoxy. At the time of his death, the Coptic Church occupied the position of undisputed leadership in the entire Christian world, and Christianity covered most of the land of Egypt.

Christ loves the Copts, and so will I. Not only will I love them, but I will also learn from the remnants of St. Mark, the apostle. We always talk Bible, yet we forget who wrote it and where they lived and what they said and how they interpreted it. If I want to know what Mark meant by certain verses, I will sure check with the Copts before I check with Rick Warren!

So someone quoting Scripture and basing their belief on it is now "Protestant Bashing"?

There we have it, relying on Scripture has formally been declared to be "Protestant Bashing", thanks for clearing that up.

Good thing this isn’t a Protestant bashing thread posted by a Catholic. Oh, wait a minute........

The man has substituted one religion which owes its predominance much to the arm of flesh for another, and like such, he can become so rabid he ceases to be rational.

REFUTATION of Walid Shoebat's “Them ‘Damned’ Catholics”

....Shoebat's modus operandi is to employ misrepresentations and arguments using specious arguments, while ignoring that evangelicals are the most conservative, pro-Israel, anti-Islam Christian group in the West (as if one could be a Christian otherwise). Yet Shoebat's target is evangelicals, and resorts to invoking liberal Protestants in attacking them for things Catholicism examples, while he offers no documentation for his imbalanced view of history.

Of course, Shoebat himself is a speaker for hire against Islam, who claimed to be a Palestinian Liberation Organization terrorist who firebombed an Israeli bank, and whom even the BBC, Fox News and CNN presented as a "terrorist turned peacemaker," yet a subsequent CNN investigative effort found no evidence to support his claims of PLO affiliations or being an "ex-terrorist."

His cousin, interviewed in the report, stated that he had never known Shoebat to have ties to any movement, and that his claims of being a former terrorist were "for his own personal reasons". According to CNN, their reporters in the United States, Israel and the Palestinian territories found no evidence to support Shoebat's claims and "neither Shoebat nor his business partner provided any proof of Shoebat's involvement in terrorism."

A 2008 Jerusalem Post article raised questions regarding the authenticity of Shoebat's account, and reported that Bank Leumi had no record of an attack on its Bethlehem branch between 1977 and 1979. In addition, Shoebat's uncle also denied that such an attack took place. Such an incident was also not reported by Israeli news outlets according to Omar Sacirbey's 2010 Washington Post article.

The Jerusalem Post article also reported a contradiction in Shoebat's response to the question whether word of the bombing made the news at the time. He replied, "I don't know. I didn't read the papers because I was in hiding for the next three days." However, according the same article, he had told Britain's Sunday Telegraph in 2004 that "I was terribly relieved when I heard on the news later that evening that no one had been hurt or killed by my bomb." During his telephone interview, Shoebat was unable to recall the date or time of year of the attack. He told the Sunday Telegraph in 2004 that he was pressured by teachers to adopt an extreme Islamic philosophy. His uncle, who still lives in Beit Sahour, said religion did not play a major role in Walid's education, which he described as ideologically mild, and that there was no attack on Bank Leumi.

A two-week term in an Israeli jail, another of Shoebat's claims, was also unsubstantiated, with Israel having no record he was ever jailed. Regarding CNN's inability to confirm his jail time, Shoebat wrote, “he was searching the wrong name.” The Jerusalem Post also stated that Shoebat has profited from his story that he was formerly a Muslim terrorist who has rejected Islam for Christianity. When the Post asked Shoebat whether the Walid Shoebat Foundation is a registered charity, he said that it was registered in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Charitable Trusts and Organizations Section said it had no record of such a charity. When asked again, Shoebat claimed it was registered under a different name, but that he was not aware of the Foundation's registered name, nor any other details, which were known only to his manager. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walid_Shoebat)

Thus while Shoebat's own claims about himself may be true, they seem to be basically based simply on his word. These are not the days of a socially close and conscionable society (and with limited travel) in which a person's personal truth claims are easily verified by those who knew the person, but one in which fraud and misrepresentation can easily more often be the case, Ergun Caner (who likewise claimed to be a radical Muslim convert) being a clear example, and it is also an age in which multitudes believe unsubstantiated claims. It is mandated in Scripture that “in “the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.” (Mt. 18:16; 2Cor. 13:1) Thus the apostles and others gave witness of the words and deeds of the Lord Jesus, and Luke carefully complies his record from eyewitnesses, “That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.” (Luke 1:4)

While Shoebat has helped the case against Islam, his adulation of Catholicism and railing accusations against evangelicals, along with his own unsubstantiated claims, place him with Muslims who also attack true Christians.

Below is the text of Shoebat's railing accusations, with my response within [italicized brackets]...

The Bible clearly says it will be one Accord.

No, that's an incorrect spelling; it's one A chord

What about this passage? Has Egypt ever been inhabitable? I believe this prophecy to be true and before Christ comes back to save the coptic Christians out of Egypt, Egypt will be inhabitable for 40 years, we can be sure that has not happened yet.

Eze 29:10 Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.

Eze 29:11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.

Eze 29:12 And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

Eze 29:13 Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:

Eze 29:14 And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.

Where does it say "Israel is the "church"?

Israel is His people. God has an irrevocable covenant with them. They are left behind to suffer the Beast in the Temple, but they will see Jesus and repent. Zech 13:6 tells of the Jews repentance as a nation in the Last Days. Zech 12:10 tell us the Jews are specifically given Grace. The whole purpose of His return is to save Israel from the armies from the north. The 144,000 are clearly Jews from the tribes as evangelists in the last days. The Rapture is the church going to Him, not the return of Christ to rule and reign on Earth.

To believe God has forgotten His people is the error. We are the ones that have been "adopted" into God's people. We are His people and He is our God, just as promised in Gen 12:1-3. The Jews are a special people to God, always have been, always will be. Just read all of Zechariah and you will see that it was God's plan from the beginning to blind the Jews so we could be saved and He would reveal Himself in the Last Days to save them. It's clear that God is speaking of the nation of Israel and not just Christians as His church. Some have said that since Jesus came "Israel" means the church. Israel means Israel. When the separation of Goats and Sheep comes, He is speaking of judging the nations about how they treated Israel, not about believing and non believing people. This is why it is absolutely imperative we support Israel in America.

That is what you should have taken away when Ted Cruz was booed last week when he mentioned Israel. He absolutely did the right thing by leaving. We are in GREAT DANGER by even having Obama as president right now as I believe the "Last Days" are VERY close and it is CLEAR that he doesn't respect Israel. Revelations tells us Jesus will rule with an "iron rod" those NATIONS that rejected Israel. We have personal salvation, but there will also be judgement on the nations. It has always been a contentious subject, but IMO, The AntiChrist will be revealed in the Temple 3 1/2 years after peace agreement is signed between the Jews and Pali's. We will be saying "Peace and safety" for 1260 days and he will say, in the Temple, "I am God" you must worship me. I believe the Rapture will happen then. The "foolish virgins" will be left behind to suffer great persecution, but they can be saved if they reject the Mark, or die from beheading. That is the sound crying from under the alter for vengeance. When Israel is surrounded and there is no more hope of escape, Jesus, and His raptured church will return to save Israel and reign from Jerusalem for 100 years.

There are so many parables an Biblical warnings for Christians to Not be a foolish virgin or a disobedient servant and miss the train outta here, there is no excuse. The whole book of Song of Solomon is about Jesus knocking on the door of a sleeping church trying to get them to come OUT and receive blessing, but almost no one preaches on it for fear of saying something "vulgar". Jesus is going to get married to a Bride, not come to make friends. Would you marry an acquaintance? Everyone should think back how it was when they were about to marry. You married the person who called you every 10 minutes and wrote silly notes to you that you dare not share with even your family. The "passion" had to be there or you wouldn't have risked marriage. That is why they call it "The Passion of Christ" when speaking of His crucifixion.

To find out if you will be in the Rapture or be left behind to suffer, just look at your passion and decide if you would marry you, in the last day. You cannot be double minded or serve two masters. The Jews that have worshiped the God of Abraham from the beginning will be saved by His Grace. To some Jews, it is a racial thing and they are atheists. Israel will be saved. I trust His judgement.

Yeah, God is trying to make up His mind before doing something.

He’s just pondering and pondering because He is so unsure of Himself.

Outer space is a description relative to earth. I suppose Heaven would fit that description because Jesus definitely is not here on earth at this time.

I'm less concerned about how he returns to earth, be it in a spaceship, on a cloud or beamed down by Scottie or otherwise. I only want it to happen soon.

>>Where does it say "Israel is the "church"?<<

It doesn't. That was my point. Those who think that Isreal is now the church will never get prophesy right. The writer of the article obviously thinks that Isreal is now the church or he would have understood what happens in Egypt is after the body of Christ (the church) is taken from this earth. The rapture will happen prior to the anti Christ making the peace agreement with Isreal. The bride will be secluded with Christ for that week of years just as the bride and groom are secluded for one week in a traditional Hebrew marriage ceremony.
