His name is Andy, he is 12 years old. He was taken by CPS from his guardian and put into a foster home. I have reason to suspect he was abused, but am waiting for everything to come out in the wash with the trial. The child has suffered so much in his early life and all he ever wanted was a home.
Pray the justice system works and this boy finds it.

Our Father in heaven, please comfort and bless this poor, suffering child, Andy.
Father, I pray that you cover Andy’s heart, mind and spirit with a spirit of love, forgiveness, and an understanding of you that goes way beyond his years. Bring him your peace, the peace of mind and spirit that goes beyond understanding that he might grow and heal and not be poisoned by the poison which has been in his life.
I pray this that he might be healed and not have life long negative effects to color the rest of his natural life, but rather that he longs for you, your goodness, and that he recognizes such, in others.
May he soar above his circumstances to be the blessing you intended for him to be.
Thank-you for hearing our prayers and for giving us the comfort of knowing that what we ask in faith in accordance to your will, you will indeed, answer.

Why doesn’t the guardian adopt him? Was he relocated to a foster home for cause or as the conclusion of the legal process removing him from his parents?
Sometimes CPS does not have the child's best interests at heart, but may The Almighty use them as His tool.
