My daughter in law Kerrin lost her baby yesterday. She and my son Kevin were expecting the child in July. They do have two beautiful healthy children but this is the second miscarriage in two years. We had our family Christmas party last Sunday as many of us would be away for the actual date and Kerrin glowed with the look of a happy expectant mother. She has now began to heal saying her mom who passed three years ago will watch over the two babies she lost. Sure life will go on, but your prayers for our peace of mind will be very helpful.

O Sovereign Master, Lord our God, Who was born of the all-pure Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, and as an infant was laid in a manger: do You Yourself, according to Your great mercy, have regard for this Your servant who has miscarried that which was conceived in her. Heal her suffering, granting to her, O Loving Lord, health and strength of body and soul. Guard her with a shining Angel from every assault of sickness and weakness and all inward torment. You who accept the innocence of infancy in Your Kingdom, comfort the mind of Your servant and bring her peace. Amen.

I will add your family to my prayer list. Often when I pray, I ask Jesus to remember all the people who I have promised to pray for. He knows who they are, and that my intentions are for their well-being and blessings from above.
I do home that your DiL will be able to again have a successful pregnancy.
My grand niece, Rachel, had a stillbirth (cord around the neck), then 2 miscarriages after that. when she became pregnant the fourth time, she was carrying twins. We had a prayer line that was enormous, and she was off of her feet for fully 5 months at least. when the babies were born premature at 7.5 months, they were very healthy and are now 19 months old. A boy and a girl - they hit the jackpot and are so very happy with these 2 beautiful children, blessings from heaven.
Only The Almighty knows our time, and only He knows His plan.
Trust in that.
Mother did, and nine tries later there were three of us who made it.
It is a humbling reminder of the tremendous love our parents have for us that they would endure so much pain and disappointment that we might be here.
May Our Almighty Father soother their pain, strengthen their faith, and grant them success in the future as is His will. I ask this in the Holy Name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

One never knows about such things, but my first wife and I suffered through a miscarriage, and had three wonderful children afterwards.
My the good G-d remove your child’s pain and give her blessings beyond measure.
