A precious member of our family is in need of your prayers. Richard, aka Little Man, is 2 and a half yrs. old. After receiving what his parents were told were "every test known to man" during Christmas, and being sent home with a tube for feeding (he had been admitted after weeks of diarrhea which caused dehydration) began vomiting a week ago. His Mom insisted upon re-admittance to the hospital which they did. The doctor ordered a catscan and ultrasound (why that wasn't done before is beyond us, but we put that away for another day). The test found a tennis ball size tumor, and immediately proceeded to go after a biopsy. Once in, seeing the tumor was attached to no vital organ, the removed it right away.
Yesterday, we heard the news that the biopsy came back and is malignant. We do not know at this time what type of cells or any other information. Our entire extensive family is praying, and we would ALL appreciate the prayers of FReepers, we believe the more prayers, the better! Thank you all!!
Thanks fatima. I would have posted it there myself, on some of the religious pages I have joined, but I was afraid it would post on my wall as well, and I have to respect the parents wishes. Not my place to question them.
He will be in our prayers. GOD has plans for him.

Lord, you’ve done some mighty things through these prayer warriors of Yours. I humbly ask that You lay Your hands on this child and heal him. Give his family YOUR peace. Guide Little Man’s medical team to make the right decisions...I ask this in Your Holy Name...Amen!

O Lord our God, Who by a word alone did heal all diseases, Who did cure the kinswoman of Peter, You Who chastise with pity and heal according to Your goodness; Who are able to put aside every sickness and infirmity, do You Yourself, the same Lord, grant aid to Your young servant Richard and cure him of every sickness of which he is grieved; and send down upon him Your great mercy, and if it be Your will, give to him health and a complete recovery; for You are the Physician of our souls and bodies, and to You do we send up Glory: to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Both now and forever, and to the ages of ages. The only *UPDATE* we have is they lymph nodes that were also biopsied were positive. We had hoped for much better news. Still do not know the type of cell, which would indicate the origin, but is looking like the poor little guy will be having some form of chemo. My heart breaks for him, and his parents. And wish I could be down there, though I know there isn’t much I can do. Please keep sending all those Prayers on down to Louisville!!

Heavenly Father, we beg through prayer, that your will is to completely heal little Richard. Bring his family comfort and bring wisdom to the medical team treating him. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
