The addition of the phrase "nor in the world to come" simply adds greater emphasis.

Wrong.

In 2 Timothy 1:16-18, Paul is asking for YHvH's mercy for the living household.

Wrong, verse 18 clearly talks about only Onesiphorus.

18 The Lord grant unto him to find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou very well knowest.

The book of Macabees was never cited by Yah'shua or His Apostles.

Can you provide citations where ALL of the Old Testament books were cited in the New Testament.

The Deutero-Canonical books were rejected by Protestants, they rejected them because the most Jews (who also rejected our Lord, Jesus Christ and the entire New Testament) rejected them.

In context:
NAU 2 Timothy 1:17 but when he was in Rome, he eagerly searched for me and found me--

NAU 2 Timothy 1:18 YHvH grant to him to find mercy from YHvH on that day

The Deutero-Canonical books were rejected by all
because they were not written by prophets nor cited.

The book of Enoch was cited, should we accept it ?

One of the distinct advantages of using the NASB
is that all Tanach references in the Brit Chadashah
are in all capitals for one's understanding.
