Thank you Jem. I think of him several times a day and ask the Lord for his healing or whatever the Lord has in store for him. Toby has been a wonderful influence and a wonderful friend to a lot of us for many years.

In our prayers...

But the weight loss worries me.... unless he has terminal cancer, they need to give him IV food (hyperalimentation). This can be given at home.

Another alternative if some of the bowel is working is special oral food...they even have a predigested type for those with chronic bowel problems who can’t absorb food well...tastes terrible, smells terrible, but works for those with bowel perforations from diverticulitis or something similar.....
