Somehow, effectively prosecuting someone for proclaiming their innocence seems to me to be an abuse of prosecutorial discretion.

It seems way over the line to me, too. In fact, it makes the whole case look dubious.

News of the Justice Department "moving the goal post" during the game is hardly breaking news. Standard operating procedure for the DOJ.

Its a toss up for the order of my least respected organizations; DOJ, NAMBLA or IRS.
