I can't beleive this hasn't been posted. I searched under "revealed", "Russia", "Spied", and "Saddam". So if it's a duplicate, don't get mad at me.

It was posted yesterday - twice I believe. First Drudge had it and then one of the English papers had it too, can't remember which. Even so, it's worth posting again.

Putin is in big trouble if you ask me!

After meeting Putin, President Bush made a comment to the effect that he could see into his soul.... Now Putin has embarrassed and humiliated George W. in front of the entire world.

Putin just crapped in his mess kit Big Time. You don't mess with Superman's cape!

This is going to get real interesting.

Moscow also provided Saddam with lists of assassins available for "hits" in the West and details of arms deals to neighbouring countries. The two countries also signed agreements to share intelligence, help each other to "obtain" visas for agents to go to other countries and to exchange information on the activities of Osama bin Laden, the al-Qa'eda leader.

If I were on that list of assasssins, I would be looking over my shoulder quite frequently nowadays. Now that this is out, I wouldn't be shocked or awed if that list grows quite small very quickly.

It was, but I believe it was pulled by the moderator.

Excellent article. It is unfortunate that Russia is the same old USSR; a wolf in sheep's clothing. Looks like the cold war is back on.

Thanks for posting this.

Some of us have another life and don't spend 24/7 on Free Republic being the double posting militia.

I didn't see this, and I thank you!

This paragraph just sends me up the wall.

"Moscow also provided Saddam with lists of assassins available for "hits" in the West and details of arms deals to neighbouring countries. The two countries also signed agreements to share intelligence, help each other to "obtain" visas for agents to go to other countries and to exchange information on the activities of Osama bin Laden, the al-Qa'eda leader."

Hopefully, everyone of these assassins has had their brains, lungs and heart turned into putrid pink mists. Or it will happen to them very soon.

Here is another bump for all us who didn't see this!

Rodney, can't we all just get along?

I guess not with the Russian Pimps, KGB and Russian Mafia thugs in charge of Russia.

It is time to vet every Russian up for citizenship and to vet those who have received citizenship since the USSR fell.

Couldn't agree more. How convenient that we now have that list.

As the tag line reads....one by one, we're gonna get 'em.

On a monetary note, it might be a good idea to short Lukoil & Gazprom stock, among others. With this story out, I doubt their foreign contracts, especially in Iraq, will be as easily negotiated as they may have previously thought.
