Count me in. I don't have enough left-over turkey to make more than a couple of the delicious-sounding recipes you've provided. Thanks and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.

A conflicted turkey, huh? Maybe he thinks he's a duck?

Carlo, these are wonderful recipes! Casseroles are the best comfy foods, imho. They warm the home and become the favorite family classics. Thank you!
Turkey a la Larry King, lol! Wouldn't that be "Jerky Turkey #2"? (^:

sigh it is soooooo neat to be a heart throbYou know what they say about the way to a woman's heart, lol!
Carlo, I confess....my frig is full. There are a few unrecognizable containers shoved to the back. I sometimes enjoy the chemistry of cooking more than the actual meals. Oh, oh...when my dinner invitations are returned with a big NO THANKS, I'll know why. (^:

Leftover Hangover Turkey CasseroleSounds good! There really is a place for quick dinners that don't come from McD's or supermarket freezer. The best thing that can be said for these recipes is that the soups now come in low sodium varities.
What's quicker than a dinner made of a can of soup, a veg, a protein, and a starch, all baked with some topping? It can take longer to get the pizza delivered :-)

Sounds interesting, but if it is just the same old recipes that are in my White Trash Cooking, cookbook, well I might have to give that some thought.

... same old recipes that are in my White Trash Cooking, cookbook...I have that same cookbook, it's where I got my start....LOLOL Now the Clinton Legacy Cookbook has class, check this out;
Beer-in-the-Rear Chicken Ingredients:
- Whole chicken fryer
- Olive oil
- Onion flakes
- Garlic flakes
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Slice of onion
- Apple or celery
Instructions:You will need a whole frying size chicken. Prepare the bird to suit your individual taste,
except rub with: olive oil, onion flakes, garlic, flakes, rosemary, thyme, etc., inside and out.
Put a slice of onion, apple or celery in cavity of chicken.
Next, get a can of light beer, remove the tab and stab two additional holes in the top of can. Place the can upright into the cavity of the chicken. Place chicken upright in a shallow baking pan in a 325º oven for 2 hours or until done. These recipes are an example of the generosity of one of our Freeper friends that wishes to remain anonymous!

"Beer-in-the-Rear Chicken"Delicious done this way -- "indirect method" -- on a Weber Grill, too.
Although I know this recipe as either, "Drunken Chicken" or, "Dancing Chicken."
...so where/how can one buy your book, carlo?
