Pro-Life worker maced for aiding women to stop her abortion.

On Aug. 29, a five-months pregnant, 18-year-old girl from Grenada visited the centre. She was not a legal resident of Canada. Her story was that her mother had sent her to Canada to remove her from an abusive home situation. Having become pregnant, she was pressured by her boyfriend to have an abortion. With no place to live, she was accepted by the YWCA STOP 86 shelter and counselled to get an abortion at the Gerrard Street clinic.

Joanne Dieleman, Executive Director of Aid to Women, says the young woman had already had work done at the centre in preparation for the procedure, but then told her she did not want the abortion.

"We therefore agreed on a plan," says Dieleman. "We arranged to have the preparatory work undone: Thereafter, we had accommodation arranged where she would be cared for. We also offered to pay her fare home to Grenada."

The girl's visit to the pro-life centre had been observed, however. She received several phone calls at the centre, but declined to take them. Dieleman says that the return number was that of the STOP 86 shelter. [which had councilled her to get the abortion]

When the girl left the pro-life centre with a counsellor, the two were approached by a woman associated with the abortion clinic, but kept on to a waiting car driven by Hinchey. The three then drove to the St. Michael's Family Practice Clinic on Queen Street to have the laminary tent removed. [preparatory work for a later term abortion]

While they waited, members of the Toronto City Police arrived and interviewed the girl. Satisfied that she was there of her own free will, they left and the girl resumed her place beside Hinchey in the [hosptal] waiting room.

What follows beggars belief. According to Hinchey, two women approached and seized the girl by the arms, dragging her toward the elevator. Hinchey called security; when the security officer was ignored, he too tried to intervene.

That was when one of the [abortion clinic] women sprayed his eyes with what a [hospital] spokesman identified as mace. When Hinchey could open his eyes 10 minutes later, it was to see police, ambulance and firemen clearing the waiting room. The girl was gone.

There's an appropriate response to this sort of thing.

But we are forbidden to speak of it.

Unbelievable! Someone ping me when a follow-up to this story is posted. They actually kidnapped this girl to force her to have an abortion? Geeze! Welcome to Canada, a colony of the People's Republic of China where abortions are mandatory.

The writer is a little unclear in telling the story therefore I'll summarize.

1. YWCA Stop 86 is an abused woman’s shelter that doesn’t perform abortions. The crisis pregnancy center is next to the stop 86 shelter.

2. The pregnant woman had second thoughts about aborting her child, and of her own free will, entered the crisis pregnancy center.

3. The pregnant woman changed her mind and decided not to have an abortion, and then went willing to a hospital to have the abortion procedure stopped.

4. A pro-life counselor who was with her at the hosptital was pepper spayed, and the pregnant woman was forcibly taken from the hospital.

5. It goes without saying that the pregnant woman had second thoughts about killing her 5 month along unborn child even though she had started the procedure the day before by a process to become dialated. Even so, she had second thoughts about continuing. So much for free will and "choice" for women.

1. Assult on the “pro-life counselor”.

2. Kidnapping of the “pregnant woman”.

3. Murder of the “unborn baby” if the girl is forced to complete the abortion.

Do you think the authorities, police will do anything?

Probably not.

It’s a shame what the YWCA (Young Women Christian Association) has become.

If someone sprayed me with mace for that reason I would rip them apart with my bear hands....blind or not.

Pro-"choice" my foot! I guess these feminists don't see the hypocrisy of their stance against "violence against women" and the fact that they maced the pro-life worker (the violence of abortion notwithstanding).

Is there no limit to how low they will stoop?

No, there is no limit for they serve their master, the father of lies, a liar from the start. Note please, the desperation of these lost souls, as if allowing one change of choice will collapse the entire false paradigm they've established.
