Why not raid a hang out! This was a business doing business and gets costly for the owners.

Reminds me of how you get skateboarders in front of shops and they hurt themselves. Eventually the business can't get insurance and closes.

When your business forms loitering (sp) crowds, injury and lawsuits are coming at the store anyway.
