Palestinian terror suspects caught in ambulances
Jerusalem Post ^ | 6/30./02

The IDF today arrested 27 Palestinians in two ambulances suspected of trying to use the vehicles to get from Ramallah to the Gaza Strip.

Military sources said some of the suspects were Gaza residents suspected of involvement in terror attacks against Israelis. The ambulances were in Ramallah when they were stopped, the Itim news agency says.

It is the latest of a series of instances in recent months, in which the IDF has found ambulances being used for non-medical purposes.

Yesterday the Jerusalem post reported that some ambulances were stolen. I guess they were on alert for these ambulances. Glad they caught them before they could do any damage.

"Non-medical purposes." How polite. They've been transferring terrorists, arms and explosives from one place to another using ambulances, including those from the Red Cross-Red Crescent.

And, of course, the Palestinians will say the Israelis are lying. They always do.

Muslim humanitarian organizations care nothing for our western concepts of ethics and morality. Money given to the Red Crescent, the Islamic Relief Agency the Islamic African Relief Agency, and scores of other Muslim agencies are used in support of Jihad. They can as easily be used to arm mujahideen as to proselytize sick people in clinics and prisons. Although the good Muslim is expected to give to charity, once they provide "zakat" their duty is done and they ignore how it is being used. It is for this reason that many American Muslims didn't have the slightest notion that their gifts were being used to fund terrorists.

I was unfamiliar with the term "zakat" so I did a quick goggle and came up with this:

So many Muslims are starving and in need today.

So much Muslim wealth is wasted on luxury.

So much Muslim wealth is spent on forbidden items.

So little Muslim wealth is spent on jihad and sacrificing for the sake of Allah.

That last line sure does have me feeling warm and cozy about this religon of peace.

These of course are ambulances operated by the Red Cresecnt.
Red Crescent is of course affiliated with the Red Cross.
Red cross naturally does not recognize the Israeli counterpart at all, period.
The US Red Cross supports this one sided, and now criminal, relationship and does so with our money.

Have a nice day!

"that many American Muslims didn't have the slightest notion that their gifts were being used to fund terrorists.

Oh, come on, you cannot buy that can you. That's bull. Donors knew EXACTLY where their funds were going, didn't want to ask because it would be embarrassing to the donor and the recipient.

They knew fully well. A wink and a nod etc...

I mean precisely that. If you check the more than 100 Muslim charities operating in the USA in the period 1994-1998 you will find that their requests for funds for the poor starving people in (fill in the blank) would do a seasoned con-man or televangelist proud. The administrators knew what they were up to, but it didn't mean that every American Muslim did.
