America Desperately Needs a Congress United Behind President Bush !!

Bush Country played a very important role in mobilizing public opinion
for President Bush during the recount follies of the 2000 election. Since the tragic events of 9/11, a large majority of Americans have come to appreciate having a president capable of leading America through a time of troubles, and to appreciate the high caliber of those who have been chosen for the top positions in the executive branch. The contrast with Bill Clinton and his appointees is the difference between day and night.

The 2000 presidential election was extremely important, since it is
almost impossible to make major changes to the Administration between elections. But the upcoming Congressional election is equally important – this election must bring to an end the congressional deadlock which hampers President Bush's ability to lead America through perilous times. Now that we have clearly entered the Fourth Great Crisis in America’s history, the Degenerate party must be rendered unable to block President Bush’s programs. We desperately need a Congress united in support of President Bush so that the American Experiment will survive this great crisis and that a
re-invigorated America will remain a Shining City on the Hill.

The real issue in this fall’s election is not which party will control
Congress, but whether or not the decent people of America will be able to regain control of our national institutions. Although such an enormous task cannot be accomplished in the few months remaining before the election, it is important to begin this larger battle now. We are well into a Fourth Great Awakening, but most Americans are unaware of the magnitude of the religious revival in our country. Decades of liberal dominance of our media have made many believers feel isolated and alone and have convinced them that they can only hope to preserve their home and their congregation as islands of decency in a sea of immorality and irreligion. They react to indecent TV programs by turning off the TV and to teachers instructing first
graders about homosexuality by getting their children excused from these classes, instead of working to put an end to these obscenities.

Making these issues the focus of the fall campaign will make it clear to all Americans what is at stake. We need to adopt a general slogan such as “One Nation under God” and more specific slogans, such as “There is no place for indecency and irreligion in our public life.” This approach will both increase the chances of the needed landslide this fall and will get us started on the longer term battle.

We need to find some creative way to make an end run around the liberal media and give the decent people of American some way to assess their collective strength so they can gather together to ensure that our children will have a decent society to live in. Driving home at night after the 9/11 attacks, I was very impressed by the number of people who were standing along side major streets holding candles. I would suggest a easily recognizable bumper sticker and poster with “One Nation under God” as the slogan. This allows each person to make a statement and to see how many share their beliefs. The advantage of this particular slogan is that it is a phrase from our Pledge of Allegiance and thus cannot be deemed a partisan slogan. Thus churches can promote this program without fear of IRS retribution and ads can avoid being classified as politically partisan.

This general approach should be augmented with selected hot-button
issues to raise awareness as to which is at stack. The following are two that are currently at the top of my list of outrages.

The first is Judith Levine’s disgusting book, “Harmful to Minors”, in
which she argues that pedophilia is largely a myth and that adults should be allowed to have sex with children as young as 12 as long as the child doesn’t make a formal complaint to the authorities. A related issue is that the University of Minnesota Press published this book when no private publisher would.

The second is the recent Nickelodeon documentary on homosexual parents which was aired despite massive protests. A man who had worked there told me that the programs are written and produced by women and gay men, and that straight men are not very welcome. How many parents know that there is a general perception in preschool and educational programming that women and gays are better at these jobs since they are “in touch” with both sexes
emotionally. We need to provide a vehicle through which parents can let advertisers know that they will not buy the products of those who sponsor indecent programming.

I look forward to Bush Country playing as important a role in this
year’s campaign as it did in 2000. Our nation’s long term survival is at
stack and our children will justifiable damn us if we fail to rise to the
occasion.

It would be nice if all three branches could unite behind the Constitution.

In other words, we need another Rubber Stamp Congress, just like FDR had. Need I remind people what FDR did to undermine the Constitution in the name of uniting the people? You people need to broaden your horizon beyond the current moment in time. Think about the long-term implications of what you are advocating. Imagine another Clinton in office in six years. Use that as your basis as to the kind of powers you are willing to give to the Executive.

Actually, GWB is working against a united Congress by his fund-raising appearance for the ultraliberal Constance Morella in liberal MD this past week. This woman has an 85 to 90 percent liberal voting record, and he is asking Marylanders to endorse her for another term. I believe that I read that she would have supported Gore had the election gone to the House. Even Nixon, when faced with this kind of Republican, opted for Jim Buckley in NY 32 years ago!

What has Bush done on behalf of the country????

Big education bill, kisses Kennedy, biggest farm bill in history, kisses the corporate farmer. Raised the debt limit, so I guess the democrats will vote for and support him.

"....Some of us were wondering who was against the President and Taking Back the Senate and Keeping the House and you just drew some of them out! Now we know there are some Freepers that prefer to keep the DemocRATS in power...."

The government has allowed an invasion of our borders by people having no respect for the laws or Citizens of America. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government gave our enemy, China, most favored nation status. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government backstabbed WWII vets who've been farming Klamath Basin for the past sixty years - based upon the promises of the government - to steal the land away from those now poor, or otherwise bankrupt, families. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government favors a world government, and is incrementally declaring, by executive order or court decree, that Americans do not have Creator granted rights. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government refused to remove a sexual degenerate from the presidency. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government has waged war over the past ten years without a vote of representatives of the people. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government has given over to international commissions the authority to direct the manner in which American business will do business in America( NAFTA ). Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government has created a federal cabinet position to dictate how and what children are taught in government schools, while high schools are graduating a majority of students who have no idea why and who were responsible for the establishment of the united States of America. High school graduates know how to put a condom on a cucumber, are generally stupid in sentence construction, and are absent any appreciation for career goals. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government wants to create a federal cabinet position to control how, when, and under what circumstances Americans are 'permitted' to travel ( Secretary of Homeland Security ). No terrorist profiling, while newly delcared federal emplyees can be counted on to do a strip search of gray panther types. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government has given a private club of political blowhards elected by nobody in the world ( the UN ) control over our most sacred landmarks and national parks. These same political prostitutes are demanding you and I ante-up more of our hard earned paycheck to run their world government game - at the expense of America's ability to be competitive with Europe, and the leaching scum south of the border who unlike the American farmer doesn't have an EPA breathing down their neck. They can grow crops using human waste and DDT. But don't count on your government to protect you or your children from disease ridden fruits and vegetables from the south. Screw you your kids, and the American farmer too, says the government. Remember actions speak louder than words. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government hasn't arrested a single CEO for screwing shareholders. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government is the only government in the world that holds to a 'free' not 'fair' trade policy. America's trade imbalance is through the roof, but the government doesn't give a damn about that impact on American workers. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

The government, with the complicity of 'the media' has denied Americans awareness of the withdrawal of foreign investment in America, and the tremendous negative impact this is having on the ability of American business to stay afloat during hard times - LIKE NOW. Who is the government? Republicans and Democrats.

So now tell me there's a nickel's worth of difference to the average American pocketbook when it comes to which has a majority in Congress, or who is pretending to be the president. Is it the anti-white male, private sector employed middle class hating marxist Democrats, or the NWO-at-any-price, no borders, no heritage, anti-nationalism Republicans.

The democrats are in power? Where do you get that idea? Oh wait, I see. You can't tell Bush from a democrat either. Good to see you waking up a little.
