Gonzales is a damn fine man and even better judge. I would suggest you do a bit of research before sticking you foot in your mouth. I suggest you research his rulings in Texas vis-a-vis abortion and specifically parental notification.

In that decision, he actually applied the law as written by the Texas Legislature and signed by the Governor. Heaven forbid that a judge not legislate from the bench!
