Do I believe the government was behind the attacks of 911? No. But I do see a clear legal argument for criminal negligence by the government, and Constitutional negligence by the American Public.

Let's start with Clinton who by the way had the opportunity to get Bin Laden. Instead, he wasted millions of dollars on diversionary tactics against Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein, like bombing a pharmaceutical factory in Sudan and evacuated "terrorist camps" in Afghanistan to convey the impression of retaliation when in fact by "attacking" the enemy this way - unsuccessfully -- he strengthened their desire and resolve to attack America!

Why don't we stop blaming Bubba-1 as a excuse to cover for the screw-ups of Bubba-2? That makes as much sense as blaming bin Laden's mother for giving birth to him. In case you haven't noticed,Bubba-1 has been out of office for about a year and a half now,and all this happend during the reign of Bubba-2.
