Does being gay qualify one as being an activist.

Well, as far as I know, that just means they're fiscally conservative.

No, but it apparently disqualifies you from making a living.

Much ado about nothing. Who cares what gender they like, as long as they can do the job?

at least 15 more gay appointees are either in the Bush administration pipeline or are slowly working their way out of the closet. Or else.

In "old times" we wouldn't even know this.....now it's advertised like a badge of honor....that's what gets me.

I don't have a problem with these men holding government positions. None appear to have jobs where their sexual orientation would impact on decisions they make on their jobs. Family organizations such as this (Culture and Family Institute) should choose their battles better. They will have a greater impact than picking fights over appointments like this. So flame me.

Everyone has to make a living, and if they are good at what they do, then hire them. What you seem to want is some sort of a gulag where people are denied employment. How Christian of you.

Not necessarily, but membership in the Log Cabin group might... I guess that makes those who are members of the Georgia Republican Party, activists also. Common goal: freedom.
