This may be an oblique reference to the PRC involvement in the Sudan oil pipelines. If so, it may be another indication that Al-Qaeda is receiving some funding from the PRC.

Thanks for the info, B.J. You might find this thread, Terrorism's bagmen, interesting. There's way too much info for me to absorb in one reading; but, with knowledge you already have, you can probably absorb a lot more than I did the first time around.
