Though many are calling for Johnson to be removed as Speaker Of the House, doing so would almost certainly doom Trump’s White House run and result in a permanent leftist/globalist/Democrat tyranny in the America.

Imagine the disassociation/battered-wife-syndrome required to CONTINUE to support S. Johnson, let alone the (R)N(C) in general after the sh!t-show they’ve put on even BEFORE Johnson’s tenure. FFS

“They’ve done EVERYTHING to lose in Nov., but let’s not attempt to clean house of those whom put that final nail-in-the-coffin....We might lost even WORSE”

I’d say he’s a problem, cause he acts/votes as a demoRAT!
That’s a problem!
A problem of the highest order, since he is SPEAKER!
What was once a great Country, is screwed.

Let’s just make more excuses for a bunch of reprobates that pose as our representatives in Washington, DC.
That will make us all feel good!

How do you solve a problem like Mike Johnson?
It’s easy peasy, just like pie.
It’s all up to the man in the mirror.
The man in the mirror see’s this crap from the deep state materialize right before his eyes.
What does the man in the mirror do?
Goes to the polls and elects the deep state representative, again and again.
Then the man in the mirror complains about it, that which he himself has caused.
The man in the mirror needs to change.
The first step is to realize, a vote for a third party candidate is not a vote for the democommie.
It’s a vote for a third party candidate.
Once the man in the mirror accepts this, then we can have change.

the deep state found what they needed to compromise mike johnson, just like they did with ken buck ... johnson is now no longer able to function independently of the deep state and MUST be replaced as Speaker ...

We should probably stop saying we need Trump to save the country. I think a second Trump term would be more accurately compared to giving a terminal cancer patient a drug that extends their life for a while before the cancer does them in anyway.

We sure agree!

It's going to get worse no matter who wins -- the only question is what parts will be worse.

This is not much different than the early 70s. We had Nixon, who would make the changes that LBJ had heaped on us, and the Republicans let the Dems and media take him out. This led to the weak man Ford, followed by what we thought was the worst president of our republic, Jimma Carter (boy, were we wrong).

And then, along came a "savior." Ronald Reagan and his brilliant "Morning in America." It was an amazing and quick transition. Who could imagine we might feel proud of ourselves and our country again? He certainly was not perfect, but the best in our century, for sure.

That's what it will take. Sadly, it ain't in the cards this time around.

Speaker Johnson and the one who proceeded him are symptoms, not the problem. They and we are caught in that warning attributed to Ben Franklin..."A Republic, if you can keep it"...

The growth of massive urban areas have been in the process of challenging the Constitution's relevance since before the Civil War. The question is always whether the love of freedom, a difficult path, can overcome the human desire to be comfortable and complacent. The real struggle is in ourselves, our families, and our neighborhoods.

Speaker does not have to be a member of congress. That could be a good thing.

Exactly! This is just excuse making by people who further undermine conservative unity (and notice many of them are of the Neo-Con ilk) who just want more resources thrown towards US imperialistic efforts). Johnson had the ability to leverage his position for something (heck...anything) that would have benefited our cause and he got nothing (yet gave away everything). Johnson is very much the problem and anyone who uses sophistry to hide that is a conman.

***But not a member of Congress, so a non-starter***

You are incorrect; the Speaker does not have to be a 'member' of the House. Prior to Mike Johnson's appointment, some in the House were lobbying for Donald trump to be Speaker. Obviously Trump declined.

When if ever, has the speaker not been a member of the house? There is no non-member with the gravitas to be speaker at the moment. If Democrats were in control and in this situation, I could see them recruiting Obama. But among Republicans, there is no one that would have near universal support and welcome.

***among Republicans, there is no one that would have near universal support and welcome***

'Among Republicans' = there is no such thing because the 'enemy' has infiltrated the party with provocateurs to make it a totally ineffectual political body.

I have been posting for at least 6 years that the present Republican Party is just the old Whig Party from which they derived -- AND, like the Whigs, it is time for someone dynamic like Donald Trump {for the Whigs it was Abraham Lincoln} to make it the MAGA Party or whatever. Time to clean all the fellow travelers out of the GOP and make it a 'populist' political party - which Trump has already started doing!

Kash Patel would be a good agent for change. Right now Mike Johnson has pretty much turned over the power of the Speaker's chair to the Dems. He claims that he got a 'top' briefing from the intel community and they advised him that this is the only way - what he has done. Good grief ⤵🚮 Kash Patel has been there, he would know how to deal with such advice. He would know how to push impeachment through the House. He would know how to make deals with people whose political philosophy is Our way or the highway, which is exactly what has been happening for the past three + years... AND it has worked, because there are no solid GOP guiding principles.

NOTE how monolithic the Dem Party is; you vote for the party or you are out! Since they have all the money a political party could ever dream of {by corruption} they are very persuasive!

Thus spake the Ireland 😌

He’s pushing an agenda that has the support of at least 85% of the House members.

... and 10% of the electorate.

America would be safer long-term if the house would just adjourn until 2025.

How many people even know who Kash Patel is? On Capital Hill, maybe 25%, inside the Beltway, 10%, and nationally, 0.0001%

Again, a non-starter as most people would say WTF? and he has not standing, experience, or gravatas to be speaking.

Who in the House? Jordan is another Hastert and will find out more about his history after he leaves office. He's been ineffectual in the house.

MTG or Bobert, no way. They are talk and no action.

Early Gingrich was good, the bombthrower, but also willing to negotiate deals. Who in the House can do that?

Hillary won all her elections until 2016. In one of the senate primaries she was on the ballot 3 times because she was in 3 parties. But maybe they won't vote Johnson out yet.
