I’ve been involved in large real estate foreclosures. Admittedly, at 50m, they were peanuts compared to Trump’s issues.
That said, the procedures are surely about the same so James successfully gaining CLEAR Title to this property via foreclosing on the title(s) to Trump real estate using her joke of a judgment from Engoron will not happen any time soon. Indeed, my grandchildren will still be reading about the litigation that will ensue from multiple sources. Governments thoroughly depreciate real estate when they recover title.
All these people and newsweek are just yammering to make news, sell advertising and promote themselves.
