Since those in power get to define what is and what is not a “hate crime” they can charge anyone at anytime with a crime.
Let’s call out what these really are. They are not “hate crime” laws but heresy laws.
Yes, it almost certainly is that. This is exactly what should happen. And they should all run out into the streets and start shouting bad words, etc., commit hate crime after hate crime. Let every single person in Scotland be arrested, then what will they do?
