You can’t buy a car without a license unless through a private sale. You can’t register a car without a license unless you get someone else to do it. All of these things are against the law. As they break it once again. Insurance needs a license, unless you get some one to get it for you. They should go to jail also.
I was in Houston last week. I heard a banging noise behind me as a white Audi changed lanes very close behind me. I thought he brushed my bumper. As he passed I noticed he had no license plate so I didn’t even bother to stop and check my truck for another 100 miles.

Cops are usually told to let them skate. The more illegals and uninsured drivers there are in the US, the higher everyone who is a legal citizen’s rates will rise.
