This is an interesting tidbit, “ Wade and his attorney then met with the judge behind closed doors.”. Maybe an explanation of where the boundary is between what was observed and what was actually attorney client privilege or maybe Wade needed to get something off his chest?

In an earlier affidavit to lawyer Merchant, Terrence Bradley, confirmed that Willis contracted with Wade after they began a romantic relationship. This contradicts Wade’s claim in his affidavit that they did not start dating until 2022. Wade and Willis then prevailed on Bradley to raise attorney client privilege to not testify to that fact and to not admit his affidavit as evidence. However, the fact finder, the judge, has already read it. With the judge ruling there was no attorney client privilege, Bradley will have to admit he perjured himself in that affidavit if he now testifies they had no relationship before Willis hired lover Wade. she’s able to check all the right boxes.

Perhaps, and perhaps not.

The political landscape is shifting (not just in the US but around the world). Fani willingly joined the conspiracy against President Trump (does anyone really believe all these separate legal actions against President Trump are just a coincidence?)

The judge in this case has to see Trump growing stronger and that the case against him is so weak it will be overturned on appeal that the smart thing to do is toss Fani under the bus and shut down the case.

The fact that this judge hasn’t heard enough already to throw this dingbat off the case, at a minimum, leads me to believe that he just delaying. Just looking for any reason to keep the circus performing.

On the contrary. The judge is fully aware of the ramifications of removing the lovebirds, and potentially dismissing the case.
He is very careful to ensure all protocols, comsiderations and the legal process is squeaky clean. Even the appearance of racism, a vendetta or playing this fast and loose, could be fatal to his integrity and career. I personally hope he sends these two down to Chinatown. They are trash, and everyone knows it....he wants the documentation to support his decision.

Fani Willis under investigation over alleged misuse of
tax dollars for trips with special prosecutor Nathan Wade

Suggests Wade used some of $654,000 tax dollars paid for
work on the Trump case to lavish Willis with gifts and trips.

By Social Links for Victor Nava, nypost.com, Jan. 19, 2024

The head of the Fulton County Board of Commissioner’s audit committee on Friday demanded that District Attorney Fani Willis provide information related to her appointment of Nathan Wade as special prosecutor in the 2020 election interference case against former President Donald Trump.

The request by Fulton County Commissioner Bob Ellis is part of a probe into the potential “misuse” of taxpayer funds as a result of Wade’s appointment by Willis while the two were engaged in an alleged affair.

“Separate from any potential inquiry by the State of Georgia, this situation requires confirmation of whether County funds provided for the operation of your office and its prosecutorial function were used in an appropriate manner, and whether any payments of County funds to Mr. Wade were converted to your personal gain in the form of subsidized travel or other gifts,” Ellis’s letter to Willis, obtained by the Washington Post, states.

Lawyers for the special prosecutor’s estranged wife, Jocelyn Wade, presented the Cobb County Superior Court with bank records, as part of divorce proceedings, that allegedly show that Nathan Wade purchased tickets for himself and Willis to fly to San Francisco and Miami together, as well as a $2,600 Royal Caribbean cruise package.

Willis appointed her alleged lover Wade to be the lead prosecutor on the Trump election interference case. The purchases suggest that Wade has used at least some of the $654,000 he’s been paid by Fulton County tax dollars as part of his work on the Trump case to lavish Willis with gifts.

This according to Trump co-defendant Michael Roman, who brought the affair allegations to light in a bombshell court filing earlier this month.

Ellis requests that Willis provide his audit committee with
<><>the contracts or service agreements she’s made with special prosecutors on the Trump case;
<><>invoices for services, fees and expenses;
<><>information about methods used for determining the hourly rate she pays special prosecutors;
<><>and information on why hourly pay might differ between special prosecutors,
<><>among other requests.

Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) alleged in a letter to the Georgia State Bar earlier this week that Willis pays Wade “78.57% more than other attorneys appointed to cases” and raised doubts about special prosecutor’s qualifications to handle the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) case against Trump and his co-defendants.

“That represents an exorbitant salary for someone who apparently has no experience in litigating RICO cases,” Mills argued. “Once again, there is a clear and compelling conclusion that can be drawn from this, if proven to be true: Wade was paid more because of his sexual relationship with the DA.” Ellis asks that Willis provide the information to his committee by Feb. 2.

Georgia to receive billions in new Biden COVID-19 relief
How much of the federal windfall went to DA Fani Willis’ office?

By Adam Murphy, atlantanewsfirst.com, Jul. 7, 2022

ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) - In downtown Atlanta under the gold dome, the Governor’s office is preparing to receive billions in federal funding for COVID-19 relief.

Attorney Tom Church said the state already received $2.4 billion from the federal government last year and now the second installment totaling $2.4 billion is on its way, more than two years after the pandemic began.

“You already have a state budget surplus,” Church said. “Where is that money going to go? Is it going to go to a rainy-day fund, is it going to go to state agencies? Is it going to go back to the taxpayer?”

Church said the court system in Georgia received approximately $25-million last winter to address a significant backlog of cases. The Governor also announced grants for water and sewer improvements, bonuses for first responders, and refund checks for all Georgians.

“I know that the Department of Corrections, the prison system here in Georgia, is critically understaffed. So, we would hope that a state agency like that would be able to get some of this much needed money,” Church said.

But with the Governor up for re-election in November, Church believes that taxpayers may receive another refund check before it’s all said and done.

“I’m sure there will be an incentive to make sure people see some kind of benefit and at the same time maybe benefit someone politically for giving that money out,” Church said.

CBS46 reached out to the Governor’s office to find out how they intend to spend the federal funding. A spokesperson said they still have $240-million from the first installment to allocate and then they will meet with advisors to determine what to do with the second installment.

“She was elected because of her demographics and politics.
Not out of ability.”

Clearly. She’s (allegedly) a DA, yet to listen to her speak, you’d think she was a stripper (obviously, you wouldn’t think that if you were looking at her), or someone working the drive-thru window at a Taco Bell. She’s an idiot.

One person in the DA's office blew the whistle to Fani that the office was spending such Federal funds on frivolous purchases. This person, Robin Yeartie, was forced out of her job (by Fani) shortly after advising Fani of this corruption.

That said, Robin Yeartie, formerly Fani's best friend from college, has now testified for the defense, saying on oath that Fani and Wade were having an affair long before Wade was hired.

The evidence against fani and loverboy is staggering. They need to be removed from this case and the case should be thrown out.
