With the new nuclear bomb, the Air Force B61-12, specifically designed for the B-21 Spirit stealth bomber, I see a lot of stand off nuclear capacity by the USA that no other country has.

Imagine a USAF pilot, who just had his family in the USA incinerated by Putin, flying his stealth fighter into Russia. He would not hold back. Multiply be hundreds.
