When I go to the HB pier—usually for a Trump rally or something similar, I usually find free parking on the Main Street or one of the side streets above Acacia, although it’s a bit of a walk to the beach.
I haven’t gone to the beach to swim or sun bathe in years, but if I did, I would probably go to San Clemente State Park.
