There was a story years ago about a man who raped a baby - and blamed the baby for ‘coming on to him’ by laughing and making eye contact. The baby died of injuries.

Check out Ryan Sorba’s blog. He went undercover in a “gay” bar to banter with some of the patrons, casually asking questions about how old they were when they lost their innocence. Many readily admitted that they were in their early teens, and the male molester was more often than not MUCH older.
