Because our culture has turned from God and is unrepentant in its support of abortion and various sexual deviancy.

And even among "conservatives" there is such division so as to be incapable of uniting to defeat the Godless left.

Dumbed down, in the guise of being educated, accepting a stolen election, in the guise of saving democracy....you really have to admire the left’s deviousness, if nothing else. They’ve got the masses pretty well figured.

It's called, 'The Tytler Cycle.' It's nothing new.

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury.

From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.

The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.

These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage.”

― Alexander Fraser Tytler

This guy makes the case for the 4 year pause.

Trump said “ I didn’t sign the insurrection act because I wanted people to see how bad it would be if things were run poorly”

More recently Trump said “we’ve decided on a full four year pause so the people will see hoe bad it can be and so they will be agreeable to the things we are going to do.”

The only way you can wake people up is to let them feel the pain because most people are complacent and don’t pay attention. It does appear that after 3 years of this insanity people are waking up.

In his speech in SC Trump said “five more months until we defeat Joe Biden” so hopefully resolution to this debacle is near.

Being religious will get no one into heaven. In fact, the only people Jesus criticized and condemned were the most religious - and self-righteous. See Luke 18:9 ff. They are the ones who cried for His crucifixion......

The controversy of the gospel is that the wicked can be saved if they believe, and repent.....John 3:16, 17.

“America is already controlled by the tyranny of the City States.”

If there were actually independent city states that would be great. Each state could have its own laws - some would be liberal some conservative some a mix and people could choose what suited them best.

That what was the founders intended with the creation of the states. A weak, limited central government with most of the governing powers in the hands of the states. It was supposed to be a governance laboratory.

Our problem today is too much centralized power.

The question I still haven’t heard answered yet in any kind of serious or remotely satisfactory way is how exactly republicans plan to keep the dems from simply stealing it yet again in ‘24 given that the unlimited mail-in ballots still exist in basically all the same swing-state places they did in ‘20.

ON LIBERTY

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Among the natural rights of the colonists are these: first, a right to life; secondly, to liberty; thirdly to property; together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can.

The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors: they purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood, and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or to be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men.

Samuel Adams , Philedelphia State House, August 1st, 1776

He believed that “[t]he greater part of the population is not very intelligent, dreads responsibility, and ... is perfectly happy to let itself be ruled.”

"COVID" showed us just how true this is.

“We have forgotten how to be VIOLENT in the pursuit of the GOOD.”

Good way of putting it!

How does that go? “Evil triumphs when good people do nothing”.

And conservatives are mostly doing nothing.

The problem with us conservatives is that we are genetically predisposed to not rock the boat. We mostly just want to live our lives and let others live theirs.

Not the leftists - they’re out to improve the world. They see injustices everywhere that must be squashed, with an iron fist if necessary - and it usually is.

To arouse us into action things have to get a lot worse, and by then it may be too late.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn and Václav Havel said that simply and steadfastly
telling the truth was a fundamental weapon that citizens should use against tyrants.

Solzhenitsyn said, “The simple step of a courageous individual is
not to take part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the world.”

Brilliant.

Bingo! You ask the $64,000 question. You and I both know that if an election is held in 2024 the outcome will be the same as 2020. 10:00 PM on election night things will start to go wrong, they’ll stop counting votes, yada, yada, yada. 3:00 AM big dumps of votes for Biden. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Notice that when asked Donald Trump never has a plan for fixing 2020. He’ll say we need same day voting, paper ballots and voter ID but that’s talking about the future. IMO its because Trump knows we aren’t going to have an election in 2024.

The interviewers routinely ask Trump how he thinks he’s going to win in 2024 based on what happened in 2020. He always says something on the order of “its going to be very different” or “We’re not going to allow another rigged election”. He’s telegraphing what’s coming you just have to read between the lines.

I had heard that Jeffrey Dahmer had become a born-again Christian in prison.

To me, if Jeffrey Dahmer can get into heaven, by accepting Christ, the gate to enter heaven, is open to all of us…

Yep! They are not going to allow him to win under any circumstances, period.

I genuinely feel bad for all the clueless chumps out there on our side who still don't get it.

“the heart is deceitful above all things.”

This includes not only Dahmer and Hitler, but me and you.

We just don’t know how dark our hearts really are until we see His face. In His light and holiness, we see we need His grace and mercy as much as anyone.

It’s all His love and grace, a fruit of His death, burial and resurrection.

Blessed be His name!

Yes sadly there are many clueless people who think that we can just move on from 2020 and somehow 2024 will be different. Trump knows that’s not true and I’m certain that plans are in place to restore our system. Its going to be shocking to people who haven’t been watching the signals.

I often wonder what people thought Trump meant when he said in his SC speech “five more months until we defeat Joe Biden” That’s March. What’s Happening in March? Trump consistently tries to give us clues so we will keep the faith. He’s trying to reassure us that its going to work out.

We are in a revolutionary period that will dramatically change civilization. Few people understand the gravity of our situation.

Trump understands it.
