I think you are right.
I grew up with German Shelherds and as an adult shared life with Belgian Malinois -another wonderful breed.
These dogs are very protective of family, need good leadership, and most of all need a job to do. They are not to be kept in crates, chained up in the yard, and neglected by their pack leader.
This dog is surrounded by too many people, has nothing to do, no trusted leader, and is probably picking up on the negative emotions of the people surrounding him on a daily basis.
The dog may be saved, if they get him out of that crazy-making environment. Also, if there is any bond between Joe and the dog, the dog may be reacting to Joe’s constant lashing out in anger to those stuck protecting him, or interacting with him.
Just my thoughts. I love the GSDs and Malinois.

Being Biden’s dog is burden too great for any animal.

Dogs chosen as “pets” quite often express their owner’s suppressed personality. In JoJo’s case, it’s not even suppressed anymore. Vicious, undisciplined, amoral and out for blood.

I’m prejudiced against the breed, but in his case I’ll agree.
We have a two year old GSD. My wife wanted a dog and I didn’t so we compromised and got a dog! They are definitely a one person dog. He is great but he’s clearly HER dog. There is no way these two have the time to train and socialize that dog. And even if he wasn’t POTATUS he’s too damn old for the breed.
Gotta say, if true, THIS could be the thing that finally wakes people up. Take all the influence $$ you want and obviously people don’t care.

Fwiw, according to Judicial Watch sources, Biden gas been punching and kicking the poor dog. If true, the staff was right to stop animal abuse.
I am so sad. That is a really beautiful dog. I would take and retrain him, and it wouldn’t take long. I did it with my male Malinois, who had been abused and neglected in his early years. It took awhile, but he was just a great dog once he learned he could trust me and my husband.
His original abuser was a male, I think, and my being female made it easier for him to accept me first.
I am still so shocked that Jill Biden is not getting Joe Biden out of that mess, and I to much more professional care. Certainly that can afford it with all those bribes they stashed away.
