I am not sure, since I am much removed from my high school learning days, but the Constitution that I read discussed something about the right to "redress government concerning our grievances", not to mention ours is a REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT, meaning that We the People have the right and expectation to "influence the conduct of government" whether this jack-wagon, black-robed tyrant likes it or not!
