I don’t know why kennedys don’t just drop the pro abortion and anti Catholic crap and become republicans

Because the 60,000 Democrats in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania who made Trump the President hate everything the Republicans stand for (see below), and they took a flyer on Trump in 2016 because he, like RFK jr, spoke to their deepest concerns.

The GOP believes in and will fight for:

1) Open borders
2) A global open market in labor
3) Offshoring productive industries
4) Financialization of the economy
5)) Severing the medium of exchange function of money from the store of value function.
6) Usury as the main engine of consumption.
7) Denying the people their natural, healthy love of their nation
8) Overseas wars on behalf of alien peoples without recompense for our sacrifice.
9) Forced "diversity" with its attendent decline in standards and inevitably accompanying violence.

Most Democratic voters do not support their radical social program. They just want their America back, and they observe, correctly, that the Republicans are the principal culprits who stole it from them.

So you are counting on a normal person being able to attract votes from dem primary voters

How many registered Democrats do you know personally? How many are in your family?

If it’s fair he will win the nomination. He is a type of Trump from the Democrats. The country would be well served in a Kennedy V Trump scenario. I suspect it won’t be fair in which case Trump should strongly consider working with him (I know they don’t agree on the Climate crap but you could definitely work with him or at least use his popularity after being cheated out of the nomination on draining the swamp).

Do you know Carter personally? I do, and I beg to differ.

If he gets the nomination. It will be the second time I vote for a Democrat for president.

I guess Republicans get excited when any Democrat isn't a complete nazi. We are nothing if not hopeful.

RFK is admirable from the standpoint of his willingness to go against the Democrat-run deep-state on vaccines and free speech.

But RFK is still a leftist nutbag on the environment, who would happily ban things like your ICE vehicle and plastic forks.

And in every other way, he'll be a standard tax-and-spend Democrat.

His uncle Ted is as responsible as anyone for the cultural destruction going on in America today.

NO THANKS!

Isn’t Kennedy anti-vaccine across the board ? I would agree some Covid vaccines are not safe but this is going to have real public health pushback if he chooses to make it a platform issue.

He doesn’t need to run; he just needs to exist and exude “JFK\RFK vibes” and the presidency is his! He’s entitled to it, he’s a Kennedy!

Look at the orgasmic reactions to his announcement on this site.

He will beat Trump! People will project the “Camelot Glow” they think they remember as kids or were told in bedtime stories onto RFK Jr. Think of it ‘No mean tweets!’. Just the faint sounds of Burton\Harris singing “Camelot”! The march to socialism will continue then pick up speed with that election. If we’re good (Like give up those archaic 2nd Amendment rights without a whimper!) we’ll stop at Euro-Socialism. It will be wonderful because it was given to us by a Kennedy!

Carter has two huge faults that prevent him from being a "great human being": He embraced, and praised Yassar Arafat, a man who was a terrorist, wholly corrupt, stole hundreds of millions of US dollars and wanted nothing more, for most of his life, than to kill Jews. Similarly, he also adored Castro a man who over saw the mass incarceration and execution of thousands of people who opposed him, as well as many who did not.

Those two points cannot be forgotten or foregiven.

He might be I’m not sure. It might be more nuanced as Trump in 2016. In any event, thry don’t have to agree 100%. On draining the swamp they need to identify the same players

Watch his speech. It’s not about being a Kennedy. He is speaking pretty boldly about internal enemies.

If he could force the debate on big pharma hurting people without accountability, as he has been doing before covid… maybe we could get conversations non why trump and the gop and the progressives all love and remote big harma with their record.
The EUA was either an abuse of power or we are not being told any grain of truth from every leader from 2019 and on.

Democrats don’t look at any of those issues

They vote democrat for licentiousness- abortion, legal dope

Most leftists I know are loyal to democrats because their families brainwashed them growing up to be so and also to hate republicans for being greedy.

They don’t think

He will get a maximum of 1%. Biden will steamroll him like a hot knife through melting butter.

If I didn't de-register, I'd definitely vote for him.

But then again, I was found out on this very board just the other day. I guess I am a Democrat. Who knew?

Kennedy isn’t going anywhere in the democrat primary.

After a quick browsing of democrat media, most little democrats don’t even know he’s running, the ones that do “already hate his guts.”
