Just stepping on the feces/urine pavement and getting back in my car is enough for me not to go near that place. But, again, I wouldn’t buy an EV no matter how wealthy I was. I bet they aren’t stolen as much since you can’t just run to a gas station, fill up, then go your merry thuggery way.

“Tent theft could be made legal. Let the homeless fight over tents.”
I was in NYC not too long ago - plenty of homeless, but ZERO tents (same as LA was, 30 years ago). Seems New York STILL doesn’t tolerate the tents, at least.
They go underground. The tunnels under Grand Central, the Freedom Tunnel under Riverside Park, nd more.

Los Angeles and San Francisco provide the tents.

The only positive here is maybe the unquenchable fires caused by battery charging fires will burn down some of the tent cities.

Ha ha, funny guy. No family? or home? or children? No job? No wealth? Well, lucky you to have nothing to lose. Maybe they’ll just off you for that.

I’m a horrible person. I laughed when I saw the charging station photos. Yeah, Like I’m going to plug in there for a few hours.

Charging stations should be on private property where people spend some time, such as at offices, grocery stores, restaurants, and gasoline powered car dealerships.

They wanted crap, now let ‘em chow down on it.

There’s a lot of copper in those charging cables just begging to be stolen.

Batteries wear out by just age. Car batteries will die after 7-8 years even when barely used. InFlorida car batteries last about 3 years.
