This was really bad form by Trump IMO.
While I like both President Trump and Governor DeSantis, the truth of the matter is that the Republican party is at a turning point, with the purge of RINOs finally being enough to make a difference.
That is, Liz Cheney may still call herself a “Republican”, but that means nothing. Nobody will hold it against any other Republican for attacking her, especially now that she is counting the days until retirement from office.
Likewise, the infamous Mitch McConnell is planning on quitting the senate, and is now desperately trying to wheel and deal to get someone just like him in his seat. He does not give a damn for the party, or the United States, but has globalist and Chinese loyalties. Hopefully he will be cut off at the ankles.
There is a shrinking list of such turncoats, and the party will be much improved when they are gone. Some are in rotten seats, so must be pruned from the top down, by stripping them of their cherished power.

I have heard this all over the net since he said it. With the primary a long ways future, there are only one of two front runners for the republican nomination and I left out Trump in that. As a conservative I am bound by the Noahide laws among certain others.
Trump deliberately breaks many of them. I was a Trump fan for a long time. The more the left went after him, the more I was for him. But his baggage just keeps getting heavier. His own baggage that is. The man has an ego the size of an in season watermelon. So now we have other choices, and they are good choices. They won’t use extensive profanity in their speeches. They will show no hatred, even for their enemies, and that seems to be all Trump does. He loves two things I know of. Himself, and America. If DeSantis runs against him in the primaries I will vote Desantis. Same for Haley. He is good for America but in no way does he present as a Christian publicly. Sorry Trump. This is the last straw..You lost me next primary.

He may not like it, and you may not like it. However, the same people that will vote for him, will also vote for Desantis in Florida.
He can’t win without Desantis’s supporters, and Desantis can’t win without his.
