The real question is, what will Trump say about his erstwhile friend with the MAGA hat on.
I don’t interpret Kanye West as being anti-Semitic in that tweet at all.
He’s possibly disagreeing that Black Hebrews are Jewish, but he might also be commenting on that blacks are not as united as a people as Jews are around their identity and religion.
I was meaning the tweet that I saw earier.
I think he’s just bidding for attention.
I saw most of this gentleman’s interview on Tucker Carlson, and I didn’t take his comments as anti-Semitism. He bemoaned that black people see themselves as a race instead of as “a people,” saying that Jews don’t talk about themselves as a race. And I think he’s right. He also has no love for Trump’s in-laws the Kushners. He was angered when he discovered that Jared’s brother owns a piece of one of his businesses. But disliking Jewish individual(s) like the Kushners doesn’t make one anti-Semitic
Another bloodline through Eber group. I was wondering if the genome project was going to clear some of that up. I’m guessing... (no) it didn’t, or wasn’t screened. Or, that pointer simply doesn’t stand out.
Trippy dude for sure. Or as some would say “he has the courage of his convictions” although that descriptor could mean several things running the gamut from the peaceful to the pathological.
He’s admittedly bipolar. When you didn’t hear him say anything wild for a while, he was on medication.
He stopped taking it because he said it dulled his creativity.
Where are you getting the idea that Jewish people are united around identity and religion?
It’s about as far from true as saying 1+1 = 4.
>> I don’t like people ordering others...
No doubt you’ve seen the recent PayPal noise. PayPal stated it was a snafu

I not sure he’s anti Semitic so much as having bad information from the BHI folks.
Although there are plenty of Jewish people who are “black”. Been a mixed multitude since Egypt. Heck, Moshes kids were half black.
I think there’s another article on FR where PayPal said that’s not true and not their policy.
Two of my grandkids are half black, but they’re a hundred percent Jewish, having a Jewish mother, and I love them just fine.
His comment was “offensive and unforgivable”???
Only woke Karen’s talk like that - those who have been brainwashed w/o realizing it happened - kids in the 50s had more sense and coping skills...”Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me”
Ordered, like a subject, a loyal party member, or a peon.
But saying he wants to go “death con 3” on Jews is unmistakably anti-Semitic. I don’t see any room to quibble.
I might listen to Tucker Carlson’s interview, but lately I’ve been finding Tucker intolerable, so it’ll have to wait.
“Only woke Karen’s talk like that - those who have been brainwashed w/o realizing it happened - kids in the 50s had more sense and coping skills”
Coping just fine. It hasn’t ruined my day, and I’m not fleeing to a safe place.
But you can’t tell me not to be offended, or order me to forgive this shmuck. Life goes on. I just no longer like Kanye West, same way I didn’t like the blacks in Crown Heights who would shout “Heil Hitler” at me as I walked down the street, or gratuitously accused me of “cheating” when left alone in the fruit stand where I briefly worked, and when left alone, made a feeble attempt at operating the unfamiliar cash register, because here was a customer wanting to buy something small. Coping, sure. But part of coping would be to walk up to big shot rap star Ye and say “GFYS. Here I am. Go ‘death con 3 on me,’ you and me and not one of your paid goons, you POS.” I may be in my sixties, but I’m no “woke Karen,” thank you very much.
“blacks are not as united as a people as Jews are around their identity and religion.”
My Jewish acquaintances aren’t united around identity or religion. They just live their lives like everyone else. The blacks I know well (some in my family through marriage) are very united in religion, and they aren’t focused in their black identity. They live their lives like everyone else.
“what he said is still offensive and unforgivable.”
Nothing guarantees Americans the right not to be offended. The First Amendment exists so anyone can say anything, no matter how bad it might seem. Did he ask for forgiveness?
Trump doesn’t have to answer for Kanye. Kanye is his own person.
Ye was also somewhat critical of Trump too even though he likes Trump. I don’t believe it is worth Trump answering any opinion questions regarding West.
Ye is weird and he is hard to follow because he doesn’t finish thoughts before he jumps to another.
