The article is right, something HAS changed, and it will be coming to a street near you sooner that you think without a radical re-framing of what we all have been doing for the past 70 or so years.
Maybe it is a disregard for the rule of law. Notice how many cars are running red lights now? Starts with disregarding laws in general and at the border, etc.
My first thought was:

As an orthodoz Jew, I am fully aware of how quickly violence can erupt against us.
Nyc has a huge identifiably jewish community in nyc that i fear is sitting in a powder keg waiting to explode.
It is only a matter of time before some type of wild looting pogrom happens against us.
Who’s gonna stop 50-100 “youths” from rampaging through crown.heights? The NYPD? lol. mayor adams??? He go call fo calm.
In todays climate of hatred and lawlessness, i expect it to make the 1991 crown heights riot look like kids play.
Got into an argument with an fool on Facebook about why blues areas like New York and other areas are losing population and he claimed it is only because it is expensive. He denied it was crime and claimed red states were more violent.
I showed him the crimes stats for the urban areas in red states. Haven’t heard from him since.
