I do not think that word means what they think it means.
It’s the end of an era, and perhaps the end of the nostalgic remnant of the past. The rest of Europe and the world has set aside the idea of hereditary heads of State. Except North Korea, I guess.

I think they’ll go with “Carolinian Era” after the latin form of his name.
Left out of the funeral? No, he is still her grandson, he’ll be there. They’ll probably even let his Dominatrix come along, though I’m sure she’ll be advised to smile and shut up.
